TBEC is an 8(a) certified company that has an approved Federal General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule contract (contract # 47QRAA26D000E). Under this contract, we have been approved for sole-source contracts. Our GSA labor categories are 541370GIS, 541611, 541620, and 541715.

TBEC also non-compete privileges due to our National Science Foundation (NSF) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I & II awards pursuant to FAR 6.302-5, and authorized under 10 U.S.C. 2304(b)(2) or 41 U.S.C. 3303(b). The competition for SBIR Phase I and Phase II awards satisfies any competition requirement of the Armed Services Procurement Act, the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act, and the Competition in Contracting Act.
